1. Covers up to 20 students per workshop.

Lectures
    
  $300 per one-hour lecture. If combined with workshops and/or Judging, lecture fee can be reduced.  
   
Judging
   
 

Judging engagements at shows vary widely: i.e. by the number of quilts, the type of quilts, the time alloted, whether there is one judge or a team doing the task, and whether the show sponsor desires teaching or lecturing services in addition to the judging. All of these bear on the fee I would charge.

Expenses
    
 

Travel

By Car: The IRS-approved rate per mile round  trip the time of the engagement, plus tolls.

By Air:  All round trip expenses.( Incudes airline ticket, airport connections, parking and indentals.)

Meals

Provided where appropriate from time of departure to time of return.

Lodging

Provided where appropriate at a hotel, motel, inn or non-smoking private home.
